Zerone is operated by CLANHQ Private Limited, Amrapali Grand, Zeta-1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201308, India. By using Zerone at getzerone.app or app.getzerone.app, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and our cancellation and refund policy. If you use Zerone for a company or fund, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

You must be 18 or over. Founder membership is for eligible startups: a registered company, founders who can verify their identity, core documents in place, and a product, a prototype, or paying customers. Investor access is for people who invest today. We may decline or remove access that does not meet these criteria.

Keep your login details safe and your information accurate. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by team members you invite. Tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.

You own what you put into Zerone. You give us a limited licence to store it, process it, calculate metrics and scores from it, generate documents from it, and show it to the people you choose, only to run Zerone for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies the law requires us to keep.

You confirm that what you enter is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Every figure on Zerone shows its source: founder-confirmed, calculated by Zerone, or verified. Founder-confirmed figures are your statement, not ours.

The Readiness score, the Fundraising Intelligence Score, calculated metrics, and suggestions are a guide built from the data available. They are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and they do not promise that a startup will raise money or that an investment will perform. Investors must do their own due diligence.

Zerone is a software platform. We are not a broker, an investment adviser, or a fundraising portal, and we do not offer or sell securities. We charge flat membership fees only. We never take a share of any amount raised, and investors are never charged to receive an introduction. Any deal is between founders and investors.

• Every new founder starts with 30 days of Pro+, and every new investor with 30 days of iPro+, with no card required. At the end, you choose a plan.
• Paid plans are billed once a year in advance, in US dollars, at the same price worldwide. Taxes such as GST or VAT are added where they apply.
• Plans renew each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
• If we change a price, we will tell you before your next renewal, and the new price applies from that renewal.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy.

Points, credits, badges, and referral rewards have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money. A refund reverses any reward that the refunded payment earned.

Do not:

• Enter false or misleading information, or impersonate anyone.
• Upload anything you do not have the right to share, or anything unlawful or harmful.
• Contact people who asked not to be contacted, or use Zerone to send spam.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer Zerone, or try to break its security.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where we can, we will warn you first and let you export your data.

We work hard to keep Zerone accurate and available, but we provide it as is, without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, funding, or opportunities. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you shared or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

We will tell you about material changes by email or in Zerone before they take effect. If you keep using Zerone after that, the new terms apply.
