Cancellation and refund policy

New founders get 30 days of Pro+, and new investors 30 days of iPro+. No card is needed, and you are never charged automatically when a trial ends. You choose a plan, or stay on the free plan.

Paid plans are billed once a year in advance, in US dollars, through our payment provider, Razorpay. Founder plans: Pro $49 and Pro+ $99 a year. Investor plans: iPro $499 and iPro+ $999 a year. Taxes such as GST are added where they apply.

Cancel at any time from your billing settings, or by emailing hello@getzerone.app. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for, and it does not renew. You can keep using the free plan after that.

• First charge: ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, and we refund it in full. No questions asked.
• Renewals: yearly renewals are not refundable, except where the law requires or where we charged you in error.
• Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded in full.
• A refund reverses any referral reward that the payment earned.

To ask for a refund, email hello@getzerone.app from your account email with the date of the charge.

We confirm your refund within two business days. Razorpay returns it to the card or account you paid with, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Nothing is deleted. Paid views turn read-only and external share links pause. You have 30 days to export or upgrade; after that, your data moves to archive storage and is still not deleted.

If the law where you live gives you more rights, such as a cooling-off period, those rights apply and this policy does not limit them.
