The short version

  • Zerone is an online service. Nothing is shipped.
  • Access starts as soon as your account is active or your payment succeeds.
  • You get an email confirmation and a receipt.

1What we deliver

Zerone is software you use online at getzerone.app and app.getzerone.app. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges or delivery addresses apply.

2When you get access

  • Waitlist: we email your invite when your place opens.
  • Trial: starts as soon as your account is active.
  • Paid plans: features unlock right after your payment succeeds, and we email your receipt.

3If something does not arrive

If a paid feature has not unlocked or your receipt has not arrived within an hour, email hello@getzerone.app or call +91 88070 68899. We aim to reply within two business days. If we cannot give you access, we refund you in full.
